Resolved — Engineers are no longer seeing any issues in relation to the information and tools for the Connect products. As a result this issue is now closed. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience created today.
Identified — One of our suppliers have confirmed that they have been experiencing an issue with their portal since 05:30 today, Tuesday 23rd March. What's affected? Access to some information and tools relating to Connect products are currently unavailable via 9's portal. This includes access to the Broadband availability checker and the ability to place and monitor orders. DIA quotes will also be affected and will not generate results for all suppliers.
